The Inbox Assistant cleans up, organizes and manages inbox items for you by reviewing, assigning, bookmarking or labelling them automatically. For example, it can detect questions, label and assign them to the right person. Just enter the keywords 'Who, What, When, Why & How' separated by commas, then tell the assistant who should receive them.
Please note: Inbox assistant rules can only include alpha-numerical characters (A-Z, a-z and 0-9).
