In the Listening section you will find the following:
Searches
We will sync Instagram posts that contain a hashtag you have set up in your Listening search settings.
Mentions / Reel Mentions / Story Mentions
Posts and comments where your Instagram profile has been mentioned (tagged) are automatically synced in the Listening tab of your Instagram profile on Agorapulse. This also applies to Reels and Stories.*
Assigned
You can also see all the listening items that have been assigned to you within the Assigned tab.
*Please note: We aren't able to sync posts of private accounts. We are also not able to sync posts where your account has been tagged in a photo - see examples below
