First, for those that don’t know about Canva, you can find more information on their website: https://www.canva.com/
You do not need to pay extra to use this integration, and you can simply use the free Canva account.
How to use Canva on Agorapulse
To find this integration, simply select the Browse files button and you will find the integration there. It is the Design with Canva button:
When selecting the button, you will then be able to select which design type you want to create:
After you have selected the design, you will then be asked to accept their cookie (if it is your first time using this)
You will then be asked to Log in or Sign up if it is your first time using the integration:
Make sure that you select the right one! If you already have an account, but try to “sign up”, it might not work because you already have an account
Note: For those that don’t have an account, you can sign up directly from the integration that is in Agorapulse
After you’ve logged in, you can now use Canva straight from Agorapulse:
Upload your own image
Have access to a library of templates, images, elements, texts and backgrounds to edit your image
Access your Canva images and folders
Use integrations that Canva offers such as Pixabay stock images, Google Maps and much more
When you are finished creating your image, you can click “Publish” and this will upload the image into the Publisher to use in your post
Please note: When you create a Canva design at the same time as scheduling/publishing a post. The design will not be saved in your Canva library. If you want to save your designs, we recommend you create them within the Library section first. The designs will then be saved here for future use.
Limitations:
Animated graphics created in Canva will automatically be transformed into static .PNG images in Agorapulse.The integration utilises Free Canva, some Pro features may be unavailable, such as the brand kit, one-click design resize and 100GB storage space
