When you are using the Bulk Import tool, you have the option to add your image or video to the CSV file. However, you need to make sure that you use a public URL. Below you can find the steps on how to do this via a hosted webpage, Dropbox or Google Drive.

Hosted webpage

If you are already hosting a web page, you can simply add your images there and create your public URLs from the host. Simple!

Dropbox

1. Upload your image or video to your Dropbox account.

2. Once your image or video has been uploaded, select it then the 3-dots button. Now go to Share and then Share with Dropbox

3. After you click on this a window will appear. Now click on the Create button and then Copy link.

4. Open a new tab or a notepad and paste the copied link there. At the end of your link, you should see the parameter dl=0. You need to make sure to add the parameter &raw=1 at the end of the link.

5. You can then add this public URL to your CSV file.

Google Drive

1. Upload your image or video to your Google Drive account.

2. Once your image or video has been uploaded, hover over it and Right-click on it. A Share button should appear, click on it.

3. Under General Access, select Anyone with a link

4. Now use the Copy link button. The link will include the file ID, as shown below.

All the characters and symbols in bold are your file ID.

5. Once you have your file ID, copy and paste it in the URL below:

6. Finally, paste this link either in your CSV file under either video_url or image_url

That's it, all done! When you upload the CSV file with our Bulk Upload, you should find that your image(s) or video(s) show on your post.
