Your Instagram metrics take some time to synchronize. We'll do that in the background, but when you first install your Instagram account, some data can be missing.
For example, we're not able to sync and show any Instagram metrics for your account for the time before September 2018 - at that time, Instagram made major API changes which don't allow us to do so.
If you've just installed your Instagram account, check back the next day and it will be completed. We have the ability to sync historical data as follows:
Audience tab:
We sync the last 60 days prior to the date when the Instagram account has been installed for Impressions.
We sync the last 30 days for Engagement * and New followers.
We sync Total Followers and Demographics from the day the profile was installed.
*in case of Direct messages, we're able to sync date since the day DMs are enabled
Content tab:
Last 30 days prior to the date when the Instagram account was installed
Stories tab:
The last 24 hours
If your Instagram account has been added several days ago, but the report is still empty, please, let us know!
