Twitter Community management - Team performance
Updated over 9 months ago

In the Team performance section, you will find out the great job community managers have done! View how many replies they have sent or what is their average response time.

In the Replies column, you will see how many tweet replies a given admin replied to (= how many tweet replies (s/he sent).

Note: For response time calculation purposes, Replies figures only include tweet replies or messages sent through Agorapulse. They do not include replies sent from Twitter natively (or from other platforms). Therefore, the sum of all replies for all team members doesn't necessarily need to be the same as the total number in the Replies sent section above because the Replies sent figure does include replies sent from other platforms, too.

Replies are counted towards the date when the reply was actually sent. For example, if you receive a comment on Monday, but you reply on Wednesday, the count in the Comments column will be incremented in the report for Wednesday. This is because we need to be able to calculate response time.

This whole section is updated in real-time. However, data is not available for the current day. The report is always for the previous day.

Note: For Community management metrics calculation, only moderation (replies, reviews, etc.) done in Inbox is taken into consideration - moderation done in Listening is not included.
