With our Analytics Open API it is possible to integrate your Agorapulse data into external platforms. This allows you to then streamline your reporting process and create customized reports in your own analytics, data visualization or BI tools outside of Agorapulse.
Integrating social media data into analytic tools makes analysis easier, improves decision making and optimizes social media strategies. It can also save you time and resources by automating data collection so you can focus on understanding the results.
What data is available with the Analytics Open API?
Our Analytics API will provide you access to all the data from our CSV exports. For each social profile (metrics vary from one network to another), this includes the following endpoints:
Global page/profile performance data
Content performance data
Community management data

Step 1 - Generate an API key
Note: The API key is unique to each individual and the permissions granted for API requests are contingent upon the access levels assigned to you. To be able to request data for all connected social profiles, it's recommended to use API key of the org owner or manager with access to all social profiles.

Important information
There is a rate limit of 100 requests per hour
It's Read-only access - You won't be able to modify or action anything via the API.
Custom reports and Social Media ROI reports are not part of the API.
Listening data is not included in the API.
