Replying to TikTok comments
Click on a comment you want to reply to and type the reply into the provided field. You can add emojis, but you can't add any attachments.
Instead of typing, you can also choose among the saved replies. Learn more about saved replies here. Don't forget to hit Send when done composing!
Limitations in the TikTok Inbox
Some features that are available natively on TikTok are not available in Agorapulse. This is due to limitations in the API set by TikTok themselves.
As a result of these limitations the following actions are not possible in the Inbox.
Manage Direct Messages - we are unable to sync TikTok Direct Messages
Dislike/Remove dislike - it is not possible to like comments. You can use the View on TikTok link to view the item natively and like it there.
Block a user - it's not possible to block (or ban) a user
Live video/Story video content - it's not possible to sync comments on a live video or a story video
Mention a user - it's not possible to mention TikTok users when replying to comments
