This article outlines Agorapulse’s refund policy, eligibility criteria, and the steps to request a refund for your subscription. Refunds are offered under specific conditions depending on the subscription type and when the cancellation request is made.
In this article, we will explain:
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. After cancellation, access to the account will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions
For annual self-service renewals, a partial refund may be available if the subscription is canceled within 30 days of the renewal date.
This refund policy does not apply to first-time subscription purchases.
If the subscription does not qualify for a refund, access to the account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Please note: For users on a Custom plan, any cancellation must be communicated at least 60 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal for another year. Cancellation for Custom plans must be sent to cs@agorapulse.com and/or your dedicated customer success manager.
Add-ons on annual plans
If an add-on is removed from an annual plan, a prorated credit for the unused portion of the add-on will be applied toward the next payment.
Please note that removing a social profile or user from your organization does not automatically remove the corresponding profile slot or user seat from your subscription.
If you no longer need the additional slot or seat, it must also be removed directly from the subscription plan to avoid future charges.
To remove add-ons:
Click the icon in the bottom-left corner
Remove any unused profiles, users, or other add-ons from your plan
Click "Update Subscription"
