Deleting your account permanently removes all data from Agorapulse. This process cannot be reversed, and access to Agorapulse ends immediately once deletion is confirmed. Make sure you export or save any data you wish to keep before continuing.
You must first cancel any active subscription, trial, or free plan. Account deletion is only possible once the current billing cycle has ended. For details on how to cancel, see How to cancel an Agorapulse subscription.
How to delete your account
Once your subscription (Paid, Free, Trial) is canceled, or if your trial has already expired, you can permanently delete your account.
To permanently delete your Agorapulse account:
Click the avatar on the bottom-left of the screen
Select Personal settings
Click Delete my account
Confirm by selecting Yes, I'm sure
After these steps, your account will be permanently deleted. You will also receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Note: If you want to delete your account while in the sign up process, you can do so by opening up clicking your avatar and selecting the Delete my account button.
If you cannot log in or the organization is owned by a former team member, contact our support team with the email address linked to the account. Our team will confirm ownership and assist with deleting the account.
