How to remove a social profile

Learn how to remove a social profile form your subscription!

If you no longer need to manage a social profile through Agorapulse, you can follow the instruction in this article in order to remove it. For instructions on how to add a social profile, please take a look at this article.

Note: Only Owners and Managers may remove a social profile from your subscription.


How to remove a social profile

There are two places where you can remove a social profile: the Connect landing page and the Social profiles & tokens settings.

Please Note: If you choose to remove a profile, all content (including posts, reports, Inbox items, etc.) will be removed from Agorapulse.

Connect

  1. Navigate to the Connect landing page

  2. View all connected profiles under the Connected profiles & accounts heading

  3. Press the (x) icon next to the relevant profile

  4. Click Remove profile in the pop-up

Social profiles & tokens

  1. Click on the avatar icon non the bottom left of the screen

  2. Select Organization settings

  3. Choose the Social profiles & tokens sub-menu

  4. Select the (...) option next to the relevant profile

  5. Choose Remove social profile

  6. Click Remove profile in the pop-up

Note: If you have scheduled a group of posts, then removed a profile that has been included in this group, you will receive an error stating that the Account(s) are no longer in this organization. You will then be asked if you want to Delete post(s). This will only delete the posts from the profiles that were removed.
