Agorapulse allows you to store multiple credit cards with your subscription. You can decide which card is used by default, and you can change this default card as you need to. There are 2 ways to add a payment method to your subscription; via the Billing info menu, or while editing your subscription.
Please Note: Owners and Managers who have been given the permission to 'access the subscription page' are able make changes to billing information and stored payment methods.
How to add a payment method in Billing info settings
Click on the avatar icon on the bottom left of the screen
Choose Subscription
Click on the Billing Information sub-menu or follow this link
Click on the (+) icon or Replace card (if a payment method has already been added)
Enter the credit card/payment details
Select Default or Backup in the Choose the new payment status section
If Default is chosen, we will debit subscription fees from that method moving forwardSelect Confirm new payment method to save
How to add a payment method when editing the subscription
Click on the avatar icon on the bottom left of the screen
Choose Subscription
Make any desired changes to your subscription
Click the Continue to payment button
Click the (+) icon in the Payment method section
Enter the payment method details
Complete the payment or confirm your changes
How to change the default payment method
From the Billing info settings:
Click on the 3 dots next to the card you wish to choose
Select Set as default from the menu
How to delete a payment method
From the Billing info settings:
Click on the 3 dots next to the card you wish to choose
Select Delete from the menu
Confirm the removal
or
Click on the trash icon next to the payment method
Confirm the removal
