How can I add multiple payment methods?

Agorapulse allows you to store multiple credit cards with your subscription. You can decide which card is used by default, and you can change this default card as you need to. There are 2 ways to add a payment method to your subscription; via the Billing info menu, or while editing your subscription.

Please Note: Owners and Managers who have been given the permission to 'access the subscription page' are able make changes to billing information and stored payment methods.


How to add a payment method in Billing info settings

  1. Click on the avatar icon on the bottom left of the screen

  2. Choose Subscription

  3. Click on the Billing Information sub-menu or follow this link

  4. Click on the (+) icon or Replace card (if a payment method has already been added)

  5. Enter the credit card/payment details

  6. Select Default or Backup in the Choose the new payment status section
    If Default is chosen, we will debit subscription fees from that method moving forward

  7. Select Confirm new payment method to save


How to add a payment method when editing the subscription

  1. Click on the avatar icon on the bottom left of the screen

  2. Choose Subscription

  3. Make any desired changes to your subscription

  4. Click the Continue to payment button

  5. Click the (+) icon in the Payment method section

  6. Enter the payment method details

  7. Complete the payment or confirm your changes

How to change the default payment method

From the Billing info settings:

  1. Click on the 3 dots next to the card you wish to choose

  2. Select Set as default from the menu


How to delete a payment method

From the Billing info settings:

  1. Click on the 3 dots next to the card you wish to choose

  2. Select Delete from the menu

  3. Confirm the removal

or

  1. Click on the trash icon next to the payment method

  2. Confirm the removal
