How can I add multiple payment methods?

Agorapulse allows you to store multiple credit cards with your subscription. You can decide which card is used by default, and you can change this default card as you need to.

Please note that ability to make the changes described below is only available to the organization Owner.

There are 2 ways to add another card to your subscription; via the Billing Info menu, or while editing your subscription.

Billing Info method

  • Click on the profile picture in the bottom left of the screen to access the settings Menu

  • Choose Subscription, and then select Billing Information from the menu list

  • Click on the 'plus' icon

    in the Payment Method section and add the card details

  • Once the detail are added click the Confirm new credit card button

Subscription method

  • Click on the settings button in the bottom left of the screen to access the settings Menu

  • Choose Organization settings, and then select Subscription from the menu list

  • Make your desired changes to your subscription the click the Continue to payment button

  • Click on the 'pencil' icon

    in the Payment method section

  • Here you can either select a different, or Add a new card to your subscription

To change the default card used for your subscription

  • Click on the settings button in the bottom left of the screen to access the settings Menu

  • Choose Organization settings, and then select Billing Info from the menu list

  • Click on the 3 dots next to the card you wish to choose

  • Click Set as default from the menu
