With Agorapulse's social inbox, you can monitor all profiles in one place. Here's a guide to the frequency with which we sync comments and messages for your Pages, profiles, and accounts.

Historical data

When you connect your profile to Agorapulse for the first time, we only retrieve a certain amount of historical Inbox content.

We sync 32 days in the past for comments and messages (where relevant).

The only exception to this is X (Twitter). In order to access you X (Twitter) Inbox via Agorapulse, you need to subscribe to X-Plus. Where X-Plus is enabled, we will only have Inbox items from the date the add-on was enabled.

As long as you use Agorapulse, your data will be retained, starting on your sign-up date. Depending on the subscription plan you have, you can access data for up to 24 months.

Read below for details of the sync frequency for each network.

Facebook page

Facebook Pages sync frequency is real-time. It means new comments or private messages are synced in less than 5 minutes - as long as you're online. (But usually it's even less than a minute).

Notes:

(1) Facebook page reviews (recommendations) are synced hourly.

(2) when no team member from the team is logged in for 7 and more days, we switch to hourly sync frequency

This sync frequency is the same for any Facebook Page, regardless if it's part of the paid plan, free plan or free trial.

Instagram Account

Instagram comments are synced in real-time. We sync your last 100 published posts (media) and all comments made on them.

Depending on your plan, we will sync all ad comments on all "live" ads within the 32 days prior to connecting an ad account, with the following limits:

last 300 active ads, every 4 hours if you have a Professional plan
last 2500 active ads, every hour if you have an Advanced or Custom plan

The limits for active ads are per profile. We sync last X active ads - it's not possible to choose which ads are going to be synced.

Once an ad has been synced, all comments made under it are synced on an hourly basis.

LinkedIn profile/page

Comments on your LinkedIn posts are synced every 15 minutes.

YouTube videos

Regardless of your subscription plan, your YouTube account is synced every 15 minutes.

TikTok videos

Since TikTok doesn't allow Real-Time sync, items in your TikTok Inbox will be synced with our Regular sync. The frequency for this sync is defined by the plan subscription you have.

For the Standard, Professional, Advanced and Custom plan we will sync items every 15 minutes. For the Free plan, we will sync items every 2 hours.

When a TikTok account is connected to Agorapulse, we retrieve the comments from the past 32 days of posts.

Note: Only comments available in the API will be synced, there can be discrepancies between comments on the Mobile app versus the Web app. We sync comments that are available on Web app only. If there are comments missing on the mobile app, please check if it's available on the Web app. If you still have questions please feel free to contact us.

X (Twitter) profile

X (Twitter)-Plus subscribers will receive Mentions & DMs in real-time updates within the Social Media Inbox, with no differentiation in subscription plans.

Google Business

After you connect your Business Profile, we'll sync all its reviews for the past month. We'll also sync older reviews in case they have recent (<1 month) replies.

The frequency of sync depends on the subscription plan you have.

Note: Agorapulse Google Business Profiles integration is not available with the Free plan. It's also not available for some legacy subscription plans.
