Inbox User Profiles

what's available on the user profile section of the inbox

Updated over 2 months ago

Within the Inbox, you can make use of User profiles. These profiles are generated for every user that interacts with your page/profile. You can utilize this feature in order to see an overview of any user's activity across your social media profiles. You can see a minimized view of the profile on the right hand side whenever a comment or message is selected.

Note: User Profile access for X (Twitter) requires the X (Twitter)Plus add-on

View User Profile

To see the full User profile menu, click on the Open user profile button to view the details of the user.

When you're done, you can click the Close user profile button to return to the Inbox view.

Once in the User Profile view there's lots of information you can see about the specific user:

  1. User handle/username - This will show the name of the user interacting with you as it appears on the social network. For X(Twitter), TikTok & Instagram this will include the @'handle' of the user on the network. By clicking on the follower's username just below the profile picture, you'll open the follower's account on Instagram/X(Twitter)/TikTok.

For YouTube this section will include a link to this users YouTube channel.

  2. Interactions - this will list all the interactions received from this user on this specific profile. The interactions listed will be specific to the social network being viewed. For example, on Twitter you will see mentions, private messages and reports, but on Facebook you will see comments, posts and direct messages.

  3. Filter items - the User activity tab will allow you to filter this user's interaction by item type. So you can view only their comments, or only their private messages with your page.

  4. Add to CRM - if your plan allows and if you have enabled it, you can use our CRM integration to add a user to either Salesforce or Hubspot. To learn more about our CRM integrations check out this article.

  5. Notes - you and your team can leave notes about each user in the notes section. These notes will not be visible to your user, only to your team in your Agorapulse plan.

Please Note: The CRM Integration is available depending on the subscription plan you have. If you would like to change your plan to access this feature, feel free reach out to us here.

Due to API limitations, we're unable to display all user information for Google Business and TiKTok users.
