Please Note: Only users with Owner, Manager and Member (with Admin or Editor access) roles may export and schedule reports.
How to export Agorapulse reports
After selecting a social profile from the left-hand navigation menu under Social profiles, there are 5 export options to choose from:
PDF Global Data - A PDF export including visuals and insights from all sections of the Audience Report, Content (Global) Report and Community Management Report
PDF Selected Data - A configurable PDF export including visuals and insights from chosen sections of the Audience Report, Content (Global) Report and Community Management Report
CSV Global Data - A CSV export including metrics for content published during the selected reporting period
CSV Content Performance Data - A CSV export including metrics from the Content (Performance) Report for all posts published during the selected reporting period
Powerpoint Global Data - A powerpoint export including visuals and insights from all sections of the Audience Report, Content (Global) Report and Community Management Report

Please Note: Powerpoint report exports (included in the Power Reports feature) are available for users on an Advanced or Custom plan. If you would like to change your plan to access this feature, feel free to reach out to us here.
To export a report, please follow the steps below:
Choose a social profile from the left-hand navigation menu under Social profiles
Click the orange Export icon on the top-right
Select the relevant export icon next to your chosen report export in the Export options pop-up
The export will be sent via email to the email address associated with your Agorapulse user account.
How to export individual graphs in Reports
It is possible to export individual visuals (graphs or charts) from sections within the Audience Report, Content (Global) Report and Competitors Report.
To export an individual graph in Reports, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to the desired section of the relevant report
Click Export chart on the top right of the section header
The graph/chart will be downloaded in PNG format.
How to schedule automatic report exports
Please Note: Automatic report exports (included in the Power Reports feature) are available for users on an Advanced or Custom plan. If you would like to change your plan to access this feature, feel free to reach out to us here.
It is possible to set up automatic report exports and schedule them to be sent to your email on a regular basis.
To schedule report exports, please follow these steps:
Choose a social profile from the left-hand navigation menu under Social profiles
Click Schedule reports on the top right
or
Click Schedule your report and receive it in an automatic, recurring way in the Export options pop-upSelect + Schedule report in the Automatic scheduled reports menu
Enter the report name
Choose the type of report
Choose the report export frequency
Weekly will be scheduled for export each Monday (for the previous week)
Monthly will be scheduled for the 2nd of each month (for the previous month)Select Internal recipients from your Agorapulse organization
Users with a Member role can only select themselvesAdd an External recipient by entering their email and first/last name
You can add multiple External recipients by selecting + Add another external recipientConfigure the language
Configure the timezone
Scheduled reports are usually sent at 10:30am (in line with the configured timezone)Configure the date and time format
Select what day of the week the report should start on (Sunday or Monday)
Click Save
The scheduled report export will now be visible in the Automatic scheduled reports menu.
How to manage scheduled reports
From the Automatic scheduled reports menu, you can edit or delete scheduled report exports.
To edit or delete a scheduled report export from the Automatic scheduled reports menu:
Click on the name of the scheduled report
Make any changes to the Export settings and press Save
or
Click the Delete icon and confirm the deletion
