Agorapulse's mobile app allows you to view comments, mentions, and direct messages on the go. Making it so you can easily respond to questions or concerns from users.

What Inboxes can be managed via the mobile app?

With the Agorapulse mobile app, you can reply to inbox items for the following social profiles:

  • Facebook (Organic/Ad comments, Private Messages, Mentions, & Reviews)

  • Instagram (Organic/Ad comments, Direct Messages, & Mentions)

  • LinkedIn (Organic/Ad comments and Mentions)

  • X (Twitter) (Mentions and Private Messages)

  • TikTok (Organic & Ad comments)

  • YouTube (Comments)


What actions can be done in the mobile Inbox?

Below, we will outline the different features that are available in the mobile app:

  • Respond to comments and DMs

  • Filter content by Post Status and Item type

  • Apply labels

  • Create and manage Saved Replies

  • Assign/Review comments and direct messages

  • Reply to a comment in private (Facebook, Instagram, and X)

  • Delete and hide unwanted comments and DMs


What are the limitations of the mobile Inbox?

In the mobile app, some features in the inbox are not available or lack certain features when compared to the desktop webpage. Below are the features that are not currently available on the mobile app:


How to view items in your mobile inbox

From the inbox screen, you can select which social profile you'd like to view, along with the Post Status, and also filter the content that you'd like displayed

  1. Tap on the Inbox icon at the bottom left of the screen

  2. Select the profile you would like to view from the Social Profiles drop-down

  3. (Optional) Tap the Post Status drop-down to select the type of item to display

    • To Review

    • Assigned

    • All

  4. (Optional) Use the Filters drop-down to select the type of content to display.
    Note: The types of content that can be filtered depend on the social profile that is selected.
