There are three kinds of Instagram profiles: Personal, Creator and Business.
Due to Instagram API limitations, personal profiles cannot be managed in Agorapulse. If you have an Instagram personal profile and wish to convert it to a Professional account (Business or Creator), please refer to this article.

Why you should convert your Instagram personal profile to an Instagram account (Business or Creator) profile? What are the benefits?
You'll be able to:
publish directly without the need to use the mobile app
view incoming comments into your Inbox in real-time
use advanced inbox features, which were not available previously (threaded comments, hide/delete feature, etc.)
To connect your Instagram Creator or Business profile in Agorapulse:

Click on + in left-side navigation bar, then choose Add a profile

Click Instagram Professional account

From here you will be directed to log into your personal Facebook account. Please make sure to accept the permissions from Facebook.

Click Add next to the profile you'd like to add

Once you have connected your Instagram profile(s) in Agorapulse, you can publish directly on Instagram - it works the same way as publishing to any other social profile.
If you do not wish to use the direct publishing method, you still can continue using the mobile notifications publishing method, while finishing your post on a mobile device. This method can be used also after you have enabled direct publishing on your profile - you just need to disable it in Profile settings > General.
