In order to help you keep up-to-date with changes and scheduled content, Agorapulse offers different types of notifications. This article will explain the different types of notifications you can receive in our desktop site and through the mobile application.

Where will I receive notifications?
In-app notifications are always on, but you can also choose to configure email, mobile and Slack notifications (available through the Slack integration).
Please Note: Slack Integration is available depending on the subscription plan you have. If you would like to change your plan to access this feature, feel free reach out to us here.
How can I personalize what notifications I receive?
If you are wanting to choose which notifications to receive there are two ways to do this.
Agorapulse mobile app
1. Go into the Agorapulse Companion app notifications setting
2. Activate push notification(s) and choose which ones you want to receive on your mobile, or turn off the ones you do not want.
Agorapulse website
1. Access your notifications settings by navigating to: Settings > Personal settings > Notifications
2. From the personal settings menu click on Notifications
3. Toggle the notifications under the Mobile and Email column(s) on or off
What kind of notifications can I receive?
Inbox & Listening
You can choose to select all or individual profiles
Inbox item assigned - Sent each time a user assigns you an inbox item to review
Inbox Assistant rule - Sent each time an Inbox Assistant rule assigns you an inbox item to review
Listening item assigned - Sent each time a user assigns you a listening item to review
Publishing
These are the publishing notifications available:
Publishing parent post assigned - Sent each time a user asks you to review a publishing parent post
Publishing parent post commented - Sent each time a user comments on a publishing parent post you've worked on
Publishing parent post rejected - Sent each time a user rejects a publishing parent post you've worked on
Publishing parent post approved - Sent each time a user approves a publishing parent post you've worked on
Publishing parent post updated - Sent each time a user edits a publishing parent post you've worked on
Publishing post failed - Sent each time one of your publishing items was not published
You can choose to select all or individual profiles for the Publishing post failed notifications.
Note: You only see the notifications you are allowed to receive. ie: a Moderator on all social profiles will be able to manage the Inbox notifications but not the Publishing ones.
