X (Twitter) Lite and X (Twitter) Plus Add-on

Following recent changes to our Twitter integration, we have completed the necessary work to transition to the new Enterprise API on X. As part of this, we have changed how X is available in our tool.

Our revamped X integration now offers 2 possibilities: X Lite and the X Plus add-on.

X Lite

All Twitter profiles connected to Agorapulse will automatically have X Lite applied. This is the default status for connected X profiles.

X Lite includes Publishing only.

There are no limitations on the number of tweets that can be published. However, tweets published natively on X will not be synced to the calendar in Agorapulse.

Social Media Inbox and Reports are not supported in X Lite.

If you have subscribed to email notifications within Agorapulse, these won't include X inbox data to review for Lite profiles.

X Plus

If features like monitoring your X Inbox on a real-time basis and reporting are a priority for you, we recommend purchasing the X Plus add-on.

The X Plus add-on applies to 1 X profile and includes;

  • Publishing (including syncing natively published tweets)

  • Real-time Mentions & DMs in the Social Media Inbox

  • Reports

Sync will be real-time. This means that there will be no historical data for X profiles available in the Calendar, Inbox and Reports.

Owners and Managers have permission to make this purchase.

How to purchase the add-on

The X Plus add-on can be purchased in the Subscription settings. Click on your profile picture in the bottom left of the screen, then click Subscription. Both the Organization owner and any team members who are managers can make changes to the add-ons.

Simply select how many profiles you want to purchase on the X Plus add-on.

The price for the add-on will be calculated accordingly (you'll pay the pro-rated amount). When finished, simply click on Update subscription - the changes will have immediate effect.

Managing your X profiles

Once the add-on is purchased, you can select the profiles that are allocated to the X Plus add-on. There are several ways you can do this:
