Agorapulse allows you to send posts for approval to internal or external collaborators during the post creation process. This feature allows you to gather feedback on your content before publishing it on your social profiles. You can send a post for review to one or multiple users when scheduling a post.
If you would like to send a post to an external user for approval, you will first need to set up a Shared Calendar. If your post includes a social profile that is not configured in your Shared Calendar, you will not be able to add an external user as a reviewer.
For information on how to review a post that you have been assigned, take a look at this article.
Note: The ability to send posts for approval is available depending on the subscription plan you have. If you would like to change your plan to access this feature, feel free reach out to us here.
