How to subscribe to Agorapulse

This article explains how to start a paid subscription from your Agorapulse account. It is intended for users who are currently on a free trial or whose trial has ended. Only the organization Owner can subscribe to a plan. If you are not the Owner, please contact them to proceed. Before you subscribe, keep in mind:

  • There is no commitment for monthly plans

  • Annual plans are prepaid for one year

  • You can cancel anytime

How to subscribe to Agorapulse

You can start a paid subscription at any time during or after your free trial from the Subscription settings. If you are currently on a free trial, activating your subscription will end the trial early.


To subscribe to Agorapulse after or during a free trial:

  1. Navigate to the Subscription settings

  2. Click Subscribe

  3. Select a plan under Select your subscription package
    Plan options include Standard, Professional, Advanced, and Custom*

  4. Adjust the number of Additional user seats and Additional social profiles if needed

  5. Scroll to the Add-ons section and use the (+) and (–) icons to configure add-ons
    Click Learn more to view pricing and details.

  6. Select your billing frequency

    Bill yearly (includes a 2-month discount)

    Bill monthly

  7. Review the Summary panel on the right to confirm your selections

  8. Click Continue to payment

  9. Enter your Billing information, including your VAT number if applicable
    VAT will not be deducted unless a valid VAT number is provided

  10. Click Pay to activate your subscription

Once your payment is submitted, your subscription will begin immediately.

*Please Note: If you are interested in a Custom plan, you will not be able to subscribe online. Click the Custom tab during step 3 above and select the Contact us icon. Our team will help you find the best option for your needs.
