Below you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to subscribe to Agorapulse. Before you proceed, you might want to know there's no commitment for monthly plans (annual plans are prepaid for 1 year), and you can cancel anytime. Here is our refund policy.
And now the subscription process:
Ongoing free trial
If you're in a free trial, but decided to subscribe, please hit the Subscribe button in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Free trial has ended
If your free trial has ended and your profile(s) are deactivated, we invite you to subscribe by clicking on the Subscribe now button on the main screen.
Any other case
You can create your subscription at any time by navigating to Organization settings - Subscription.
Alternatively, you can click on your profile picture in the bottom left of the tool, to open the main menu. From there you can click on Subscription.
After clicking on the orange Subscribe Now button, you'll see the subscription summary page at the beginning of the subscription process. On this step you can choose your plan and add-ons, as well as see what's included in each subscription plan and the price.
The first thing to choose is the billing cycle - at the top of the table you have the toggle to choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing is selected by default and they are discounted - you can save up to 20% - and they are prepaid for 1 year. With monthly billing, you'll be invoiced every month.
Then, choose the subscription plan (there are 4 - Standard, Professional, Advanced and Custom) by clicking on plan description box. If you're interested in the Custom plan, please contact us.
Once you've chosen your plan, we need you to let us know if you wish to have some add-ons. These are team member seats or extra social profiles on top of the ones already included in the selected plan.
You can learn more about add-ons here. Click "+" and "-" buttons to add or remove add-ons.
Then you can click on the Continue to Payment button to provide your billing info - this billing info will be on the invoices.
Please make sure you check it twice to avoid errors or typos. You'll be able to edit the billing info later if there are any changes (here's how to do that).
Below the billing info, select your payment method - it can be a card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) or PayPal.
On the right side of the screen, you can see the summary - the selected plan and order total.
The total price for all add-ons and the VAT (if any) is calculated automatically.
We will verify the payment and once it's done, your subscription is active right away. Thanks for subscribing!
